Swallowtail Preserves

Tomorrow we will be offering tasters and selling our preserves at Wetherden May Day Fayre. The event will be taking place on the Town Lands carpark opposite the Maypole Pub from 10am until 3pm. There will be an impressive line up of stalls, with plenty to choose from. We will be launching our new sumptuous Major Grey Chutney, for those that find the Hot Mango Chutney a bit too peppy. We will also have a fresh batch of Sweet Piccalilli and some more Beetroot and Horseradish Relish for you to enjoy with your cold meat and cheese. We are really looking forward to it. Going out and meeting people is the best part of running a preserving business! We hope to see you there.
