A new release for 2024 and now available for purchase is our Quince Chutney. We had to dig way back in our recipe archive to find this one, but here it is. Not too sweet, slightly tart with warming spice, it works well with cheese or any cold meat. The quinces have not travelled far and were exchanged for some of the finished preserves.
