Jams, Jellies and Marmalades

Our Blackberry & Apple Jam is made to a traditional wartime recipe and still has a wide appeal.
This lovely Seville Marmalade will grace any breakfast table. We’ve developed the recipe over years of experimentation. We also offer shredless, ginger and whisky varieties.
This Rhubarb and Vanilla Jam is usually available throughout the spring and summer. It’s made with real Madagascan vanilla pods.
Fancy a change? Our Lemon and Lime Marmalade has steadily grown in popularity and is now made all year round.
This Rowan Jelly is a seasonal speciality. Made with traditional methods it is the perfect accompaniment to game dishes such as roast pheasant or venison.
Our Bramble Jelly takes advantage of the seasonal glut of blackberries and apples. Jellies are real gems of the store cupboard. Bramble jelly is versatile and has a lovely deep colour.
