Swallowtail Preserves Ltd

Good evening everyone. Just to let you know, in case you’re not aware of our calendar of events. Tomorrow we have stalls at the Cotton Coffee Morning (Cotton Village Hall, 10am to 12pm) and also at the Stowmarket Craft Fair (Red Gables, 10am to 2pm). New releases…..we’ve made some Apricot Conserve and – with a nutty twist – some Apricot and Almond Conserve. Neither are too sweet, but they are refreshingly sharp. Cherry plums are also in season and we’ve made a lovely jam with ours. I would recommend it with buttered crumpets………….say no more!
