Swallowtail Preserves Ltd

Hi. On Friday we will be at the Crafts and Creations Easter Craft Fayre at 3 Crown Mill, Elmswell, IP30 9GF. We hope you will pay us a visit. We’ve got a great selection of preserves on offer. Our special spring offering will be Wild Garlic Pesto. It makes a change from the usual basil and sundried tomato pestos that you find in the shops. We’ve also a made a herb salt with the wild garlic this year. It’s a nice store cupboard ingredient, useful for seasoning your roast dinners and casseroles. We will be selling from 11am to 7pm.
