This Beetroot & Horseradish Relish is the perfect partner to fish, particularly oily fish such as herring and salmon. If fish isn’t your thing then it’s also great on a cold beef sandwich. We’re looking forward to releasing this weekend at the Autumn Craft Fair hosted by Crafts and Creations at 3 Crown Mill, Elmswell (Friday 11am to 7pm). On Saturday morning we will be at the Cotton Cafe, Cotton Village Hall (10am to 12 noon). Following that we’ll have a table at Blossom and Bloom Artisan Food, Drink and Craft Fayre at Wyverstone Village Hall on Sunday (10am to 4pm).
