Good evening. The house feels a bit cooler now and more conducive to work, so we’ve been getting ready for the Cotton Coffee Morning tomorrow at Cotton Village Hall from 10am to 12 noon. We are launching a new chutney – Apple and Banana Peel Chutney – created on a day when I was very determined to use up the banana skins. It’s inspired by India again, but I’ve also included apples, which the Indians probably wouldn’t – so it’s got an English twist of Granny Smiths! It’s a really holistic product, born out of our drive to reduce waste. It’s not too spicy, more sweet and fragrant and quite delicious.
