We decided to try something different……

We had never tried making chutney with crab apple cider before, also known as verjuice. We’re sure you will be pleasantly surprised by the result. This chutney is sweet and spicy, and it’s has had a good three months to mature. We made the crab apple cider ourselves. It’s probably not what you would choose to drink – it’s a bit too sharp – but you can pickle with it, and get a great product. It’s on sale at the Cotton Cafe tomorrow.
