Sea Buckthorn Jelly has a fruity and caramel flavour. It’s lovely spread on toast. Sea Buckthorn is a thorny shrub found on the coast in the north of England and Scotland, and it has orange berries which have a variety of culinary uses. We only have a few jars of this unusual preserve so its first come first served.
