Swallowtail Preserves Ltd

We have been busy in the kitchen this month. At the Cotton Cafe this Saturday we will have our Seville Orange Marmalade, made with this year’s oranges, which were sourced and delivered to us (always with a smile) by Sarah and John Irons, greengrocers from Old Newton. It’s made without compromise with traditional methods. We think you will agree that it tastes great on toast in the morning, and it’s nice to use local independent suppliers.
