The Coddenham Centre and Marrow Provençal Chutney

Two weeks ago we started hiring the kitchen at the Coddenham Centre. What a great place! This chutney was made from all the ingredients that usually go into Marrow Provençal. I’ve added some spices and herbs. Although it hasn’t matured yet I think it has potential as a burger relish. The release date is 6th December. If you buy a jar then feedback would be welcomed.
